Structural development
Resolve dimensions, joints, load support, and assembly details from the approved visual direction, then prepare documents for sampling and production.

PRODUCTION WORKFLOW
Structural development, sample making, fabrication, assembly, and pre-dispatch inspection follow the confirmed project plan.
FROM SAMPLE TO DELIVERY
A typical sample takes about 2 days. Complex samples and the bulk-production schedule are assessed according to structure, quantity, and delivery requirements. After sample approval, production moves through staged checks before packing.

Resolve dimensions, joints, load support, and assembly details from the approved visual direction, then prepare documents for sampling and production.

Use a physical sample to review proportions, product fit, stability, and the overall presentation.

Print, laminate, and finish approved artwork before preparing sheet materials for further fabrication.

Process sheet materials and shaped components from the structural files, checking dimensions and opening positions.

Review edge finishing, surface condition, component completeness, and assembly security.

Choose assembled or flat-pack protection based on the finished structure and destination, with added protection for vulnerable areas.
PRE-DISPATCH CHECKS
Dimensions, joints, support, stability, and assembly relationships.
Color, position, surface finish, and visual completeness.
Appearance, components, quantity, and condition before packing.
